I want to know how my instructor will connect with you and how to pay my fee.
Once you submit the form above, you will receive an email, which will have all these details. I have submitted the form at your Home Page, I've read the email you sent, and I still have questions.
If you read the email we sent you, it should give you answers to most of your questions. If you still have questions, please reply back to that email or call us at the phone listed at the bottom of this page.
When can I get my exam conducted?
We generally conduct college exams on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We suggest you to request your instructor to allow you to take your exam on these days. If another day has to be chosen, then an extra fee of $20 (besides proctoring fee) is charged and is subject to our proctor's availability. Days and times are subject to change at our discretion.
What should I bring with me?
Your instructor generally informs you about the items to bring in the exam. If unclear, ask them. We also list essential items in the details of your confirmed Google invite. We can provide scratch papers, basic ear plugs, pens, and pencils. If your instructor allows, you must bring Scientific or Graphing calculators, of your own, as we carry basic calculators only. You should also show up with an Unexpired physical Government issued PhotoID like Driving License, or a Passport etc.
What should I NOT bring with me?
Storage boxes are small and they are for small items like phone, notebook, keys, and wallets. Do not bring your bag packs, sport bags, laptops, bulky jackets, etc. as we will have to ask you to put them back in your car. Come with exam aids, if any, wallet, phone, cash, and water bottle at max. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.
Do you take payments with card?
We accept payments through cash as well as credit/debit cards.
Are cameras recording me?
Yes, cameras may be recording your activities on the desk. Cheating may lead to 0 grades for your whole semester, and it could even lead to outright expulsion from your College. Do not Cheat and risk your whole career and future for ever. It's not woth it! We may be more strict than your instructor, as we have a huge responsibility to make sure exams get conducted with utmost integrity, especially in the absence of your instructor. Any incident of cheating will be reported to your college immediately. Once again, do not even think of cheating by any means.
Can I bring water bottles?
Sure. Infact our building does not have a water fountain and we suggest you to bring your own water bottle. They will be kept in the reception and you can come out and use them any time. Water bottles must be transparent, with no written text or label on them.
