We can proctor special exams givewn by the emplyers to their employees for the hiring or promotions. Before requesting to proctor your exam, make sure with your employer that they are OK a NCTA Certified Testing Center like us (give them our website). Then make sure you know your Exam Name/Code, Exam Duration in Hours, and Date Range within which you can take your exam.

• Employment Exam Days: We proctor employment exams on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
• Other Days: Other days will incur a $20 surcharge on top of the proctoring fee, and are subject to proctor availability.
• Seat Availability: While submitting the request, please select your preferred day and time, and we will suggest alternatives if necessary.

When you are ready to schedule your exam, click the button at the bottom to submit your exam request in your dashboard.

• Receive Email: On submission of request, you will receive an email from us. Go through it and wait for further communication.
• Receive Invite: Once confirmed, your appointment will be sent through a Google Invite which will have important instructions.
• Follow Invite: If date and time is OK with you, accept the Google invite. Please make sure to read its content thoroughly.
• Proctoring Fee: When you request your exam, the email we send you, and your admin dashboard has a link to view your fee schedule.

You must come with an unexpired, physical government-issued Photo ID like Driver License, Passport, State ID, Federal ID, Working Permit, or a Green Card.

• What to Bring: Scientific/Graphing calculators (if allowed by your employer). We provide scratch paper, earplugs, and basic calculators (if permitted).
• Water Fountain: We do not have a water fountain. Feel free to bring your water bottle. It will be kept in reception for you to drink during exam.
• Prohibited: Storage is limited to small personal items only (like phone, keys, wallet, etc.). Backpacks, laptops, and bulky jackets will not be allowed.

The facility is under 24/7 camera surveillance. We maintain strict proctoring standards to ensure exam integrity. Listen to the instructions and do not violate them.

• Cheating: Any cheating will be reported immediately to your employer, which may lead to ouright expulsion.
• Payment: Unless you are requesting exam on scheduled days, we take payment only at the day of the exam in Cash or through card.
