1. Video Surveillance & Privacy

To ensure the security and integrity of all examinations, our facility and its digital portals utilize continuous 24/7 video surveillance.

• Consent: By entering our premises or starting a proctored session, you provide explicit consent to be recorded.
• Retention: Video data is stored for three (3) months and is thereafter securely deleted.
• Disclosure: We do not sell your data. Recordings may be shared with your Examination Authority, Exam Vendor, or Law Enforcement as permitted by California law.

2. Standards of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to open unauthorized browser tabs, windows, or AI software.
• Tampering with webcams, monitors, testing stations, or any other hardware.
• Recording or sharing the content of any exam on a digital device or on paper.
• Possession of unauthorized notes or electronic devices.

Note: All suspected breaches will be reported directly to your College or Exam Sponsor.

3. Technical Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "As-Is" basis. Roseville Testing Center LLC is not responsible for exam failures, lost time, or data loss resulting from technical issues, including internet outages, power failures, or hardware glitches. Technical disputes must be resolved with your specific Exam Provider.

4. Personal Information

We value your privacy. If you create an account to schedule an exam, your information is kept strictly confidential. Aside from necessary communication with your institution, employer, or instructor regarding your exam, we do not share or sell your data to any third party. We utilize industry-standard encryption to protect your data and passwords. None of your personal information is publicly displayed or accessible on any of our public platforms. All collected data (personal or exam related information) is strictly confined to internal use and is viewable either within your User dashboard or in our secured Company Administrative dashboard.

5. Data Retention

Completed or submitted exam requests are automatically deleted from our database after six (6) months. If you wish to have your requests or your entire account deleted sooner, please call us at (916) 298-5524 or contact us via our website. We will be happy to remove your information from our database immediately upon request.

6. Amendments to Terms

Roseville Testing Center LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our facility or website following any such changes constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of Placer County, California.

By proceeding, or taking an exam at our facility, you acknowledge and agree to the terms listed above.
