Every candidate is not taking the same exam, so different candidates will follow different rules.
You will carry your Photo ID, locker key, and the exam aids we gave you. Nothing else should be in your possession
We are just proctoring your exam. We do not have any affiliation with your examination authority.
Every seat is recorded by camera. We will be walking through the room every 10 to 15 minutes too.
Unless there is a technical difficulty, we will not be able to infer, translate, discuss, or explain your exam.
Phones and smartwatches must be powered off. If they ring, or vibrate, we will have to inform your sponsor.
Hats, sunglasses, watches, bulky or noisy jackets, hoodies, and food or drinks are prohibited. Please keep your snacks or water bottles on right side of the locker.
If you want to take a break, just bring your ID inside the reception. You cannot go outside the building and you need to come back in 5 minutes.
No breaks are allowed in NTN Exam. Please use restrooms before starting that exam.
Testing Room
Please keep focus on your screen, and don't talk, chat, record, or discuss your exam with anyone else.
Headphones are for audio exams only. If they are not on your desk, they are not for you.
Chair Height is adjustable using the right side lever of the chair.
To be respectful to others, if you have any questions, please whisper or come out of the room.
Checking In
The number in a circle on the paper or label we gave you, is your seat number. If you see 1 or 2 numbers in there, just enter them to get started.
If you see an instruction to wait on your seat, then just have a seat and we will come by to log you in.
Most of the exams start with a demo. We suggest that you to go through it and become familiar with the exam controls.
If you need extra paper, or done with the exam, you can just stand up and see us in the reception area.
We will check your pockets, sleeves, and ankles, followed by a metal detector wand. Good luck with your exam!
